1. Paint old mason jars to use them as vases or pretty containers for small objects.
With a little help from some paint, you can transform boring mason jars into beautiful vases to hold your favorite flowers. Mason jar vases will help add a pretty touch of spring to your room. If you’re not into flowers, you can use these to hold smaller items like makeup brushes, pens, or even combs.
2. Make a jewelry holder reminiscent of the perfect spring flower.
Never lose or tangle your jewelry again with this mesh jewelry holder. This helps organize your jewelry as well as put it on display.
3. Get personal with a fake flower initial letter decoration.

All you’ll need for your DIY vanity is a a full length mirror (like the one pictured above), a desk if you don’t already have one in your room, and a desk chair . The desk and chair don’t have to be super fancy and you could always add small touches like flowers and picture frames to dress it up.
8. Use a ladder to organize your blankets.
Although spring will bring warmer temperatures, that doesn’t mean we still can’t cozy up at night with a warm, fuzzy blanket. If you need somewhere to store all your winter blankets because five blankets on your bed isn’t necessary, this DIY ladder is for you.
9. Re-purpose the drawers of an old dresser as shelves.
Whether you or someone in your family is getting rid of an old dresser, or you find a cheap one at a thrift store, you could bring that dresser back to life as adorable shelves. You’ll first need to sand down the sides and back of the drawers to make them nice and smooth. Paint the drawers with any color acrylic paint you want, then line the inside of the drawers with any print wrapping paper. Nail the drawers to the wall and you have fun decorative shelves.
10. Repurpose old vases to hold makeup brushes.
Flower vases can easily be used to store makeup brushes and similar items. The rubber bands could be used to create a texture on the vase or to do a strip of glitter. The possibilities are endless, so you can get really creative with them.
